Update your Impact bookmark



In a concentrated effort to ensure agent and client security, the URL that you have bookmarked needs to be updated.
If you are using a bookmark or shortcut, you should follow these steps to fix it.
  • Close all Impact related windows on all devices
  • Clear Cache/browsing data (use the advanced tab, and in the Time Range drop down menu, select “all time” option and delete data)
  • When that process is complete, then close all browsers and follow this URL/address in Google Chrome preferably.

  • If you are using a bookmark or shortcut, ensure the address ONLY has https://impact.ailife.com. Nothing else should follow the .com.
  • Bookmark the site after you log in

  3. Double-click the file to open the Rapid Response Agent Support window.
